Why should I report an Issue with DesignX: Flyer, Post Designs?

Cheers!Be sure that all the reviews are paid reviews or something LOL because I read one that said that unlimited options you can get lost in it in a good way I clicked more about four times and then there wasn't any more for me to choose from.... Can only eliminate the words apparently from a template you cannot take the images that are in there out and replace them with your ownThis app deserves an Extra Star.

2. By the way Design X is one of the best phone graphics app I've ever seen since 2019, Thanks.It's the best editing app I've ever tried .But it would be even better if you could add your own fonts & create an outline (that isn't square)around objects that you've partly erased.

4. I was able to add my logo from my phone's gallery, choose from free templates, edit the template to my liking (including color, font, size, images), & it even helps ensure things are straight.

11. But recently, i noticed a problem, and for the nature of my work it is a major problem for me though it might not be for others.

1. Fix DesignX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DesignX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DesignX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DesignX" » Open DesignX: Flyer, Post Designs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DesignX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DesignX: Flyer, Post Designs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DesignX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DesignX: Flyer, Post Designs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DesignX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DesignX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DesignX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DesignX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DesignX not working

2. Fix DesignX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DesignX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DesignX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DesignX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
