Why should I report an Issue with 3DBear: Engage in AR fun?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of 3DBear to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. God Bless.Keep crashing, looks suitable for only high end phone.Though to get an industrial level training vr but it's just another vr for kids.I wish they would have added industrial level training module like soldering,welding,latching,buffing,moulding etc..This game lags a lot...WASTE. The camera isn't smooth, the things like for eg Taj Mahal dosent appear fast.

I don't recommend this app at all.Absolutely terrible controls, can do half of the things I intend to do with this mental retardation enducing of an 'education' app, it takes an ridiculous amount of retries to actually make a decent 30 second video and apparently the developers don't care as this app has been out for awhile now clearly they still have no intention to make it usable.

3. I recommend not to install this app.Pathetic app, using it for 2 mins and your phone will be like a hot case.

4. At a higher level, it's easy to upload CAD designs from other programs such as Tinkercad to put your own creations into a space.

5. There are a variety of lessons that would be easy for an educator in almost any subject to be able to plug and play into a lesson.Absolutely pathetic.

6. Totally better than this this is just made for money and worst app ever the educational games I know are like prodigy it's way better than this!!!!!!Developing talent is a beautiful routine to enhance whenever possible.

7. I request the developer to please test the app properly before publishing.Absolutely pathetic !! Downloded it 2-3 times but was not able to open it.

8. Uninstalled it after one time of using it.It's nice and bad because you can't move the object I had no problems but not so nice my sister likes it a lot.

9. It's easy to drag and drop premade characters around a space.

10. Honesty is key keep having fun just think about what is important and beautiful about particular applications.

1. Fix 3DBear Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 3DBear: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 3DBear App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3DBear" » Open 3DBear: Engage in AR fun » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3DBear » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 3DBear: Engage in AR fun app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3DBear servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3DBear: Engage in AR fun" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 3DBear app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3DBear might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 3DBear. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3DBear then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 3DBear not working

2. Fix 3DBear Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 3DBear be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 3DBear not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 3DBear may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
