1. My partner and I want to keep playing but it is becoming to much of an effort.I'm not happy about being charged the full subscription price from the start when or said I wouldn't be charged till after the 7-day FREE trial! So I canceled it and I would really appreciate it if you would give me a refund!Wish there were more activities to do without paying but otherwise me and my partner are having fun and learning a lot about each other!its pretty awesome! i dont know what the premium version is like so far i havent payed a dime and i love it.

2. As far as paying for things in this app I would say it needs to be updated and functioning enough to even have a free version before you ask for money.

3. I have to say when I first downloaded I really enjoyed the app but my partner and I have only been using it for a couple day but after we connected on the app it became unstable and it crashes everytime I try to open the app.

11. Along side of when we answer the daily questions on the app our responses expire within a few hours and we are never able to see what the other wrote for the daily prompt.

1. Fix Wefeel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wefeel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wefeel App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wefeel" » Open Wefeel: Healthy relationships » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wefeel » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wefeel: Healthy relationships app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wefeel servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wefeel: Healthy relationships" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wefeel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wefeel might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wefeel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wefeel then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wefeel not working


2. Fix Wefeel Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wefeel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wefeel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wefeel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
