Simplicity is fine but when things are too simple It's probably best to use it to use other resources.I would write this up at 5 but you can't delete your recent like sign on your recent but you can't delete your relationship and then start another one when she gives me no choice to delete it and I've been broken up with my girlfriend for maybe 2 weeks now and I wanted to get rid of our data but it's not letting me there's no such thing as deleting your thing this is ridiculous, I'm on if you're going to make a mile of app you better make a way to get rid of it at least I can't find itI would give this app a 5 but I don't like how you can't change the default colors or fonts plus this app would be so much better if we could videos in and not just photos or like get to display it as a widget ig?Everything about this app runs smoothly.

1. Fix My Love Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Love: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Love App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Love" » Open My Love - Relationship Counter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Love » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Love - Relationship Counter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Love servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Love - Relationship Counter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Love app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Love might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Love. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Love then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Love not working

2. Fix My Love Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Love be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Love not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Love may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
