1. Still it's a great alternative to have it on phone vs computer.awful awful awful the app was working fine and then all of a sudden it started getting spotty; it would print certain pdf docs and not others; it would print MSWord docs without an issue.

1. Restart Epson Print Enabler: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Epson Print Enabler App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Epson Print Enabler" » Open Epson Print Enabler » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Epson Print Enabler » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Epson Print Enabler app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Epson Print Enabler servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Epson Print Enabler" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Epson Print Enabler app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Epson Print Enabler might not work.
