I tried discussing this with someone with suport, but I never heard back from them after a little back-and-forth in which I shared the technical details of my phone and the steps I took to make additional attempts to log in.Useful for finding events and for looking at a list of classes, but the classes card only tells you the first class you have each week and doesn't update as the week goes on.

2. You need to click "see more" and scroll down in order to see when and where your other classes are.Awful. The app almost never scans the barcodes for covid tests and struggles to really load anything.

3. Obviously would be necessary for using the map, but there are other features where location is not required so it seems absurd that the app would force you to enable it.I used to be able to log into the app.

4. Keeps demanding that you turn location services on, and refuses to cooperate if you don't.

5. Basically useless.Fails to scan and submit COVID test tube.

6. This needs serious work.I dont go to this school but i downloaded the app to congratulate everyone that is.

7. If you turn it off and say "no" to thenpop-up asking you to turn it on, the app just closes itself.

1. Fix UC San Diego Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UC San Diego: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UC San Diego App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UC San Diego" » Open UC San Diego » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UC San Diego » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UC San Diego app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UC San Diego servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UC San Diego" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UC San Diego app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UC San Diego might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UC San Diego. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UC San Diego then reinstall.
