1. Ther are several other traffic apps out there, and they pose no obstacles to use.Saw it advertised, tried to download but it keeps showing "Can't download ALGO Traffic." I opened the Google Play app from my settings, cleared the data, and cache and it still won't download.I just moved out of state but used this app constantly when I was commuting from Irondale to Bessemer for work.

2. Thanks ALGO Traffic!Algo website shows road partially blocked by flooding.

3. Great app for the traffic cameras and what lane is blocked during an accident, etc.I can't install the app! It downloads to 100%, but when it tries to install, it says it can't install and won't say why.

4. State Route 101 Wheeler Dam Road.Description of this app sounds absolutely wonderful but unable to use iy because no password requirements were provided.

5. It is a very basic thing to have it center on YOU and reorient the map as you drive and I find it hard to believe they left that out!A lot better than the TN DoT traffic app! Oh wait, they don't have one.

6. Or it tells me the password I chose doesn't meet the requirements but doesn't have the requirements anywhere.

1. Fix ALGO Traffic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ALGO Traffic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ALGO Traffic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ALGO Traffic" » Open ALGO Traffic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ALGO Traffic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ALGO Traffic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ALGO Traffic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ALGO Traffic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ALGO Traffic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ALGO Traffic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ALGO Traffic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ALGO Traffic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ALGO Traffic not working

2. Fix ALGO Traffic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ALGO Traffic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ALGO Traffic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ALGO Traffic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
