Why should I report an Issue with Tellonym: anonymous questions?

1. Hi, great app but this has been having a lot of bugs lately, like crashing when I go to click on something and not letting me renew my profile picture... Other than that, you can filter your tells, block certain words being used, and block users regardless if they put in an anonymous tell to you, and select if you only want accounts to send you tells.

2. another is that the anwerer is able to know who sent the tell if the sender likes the message, since the like isn't hidden in notificationAs much as I want to give the app a 3 star review, there's too many glaring issues for me that make me unable to confidently give 3 stars.

3. one of them is where you receive a tell and you reply, but you realise you made a typing error or you misunderstood it; if you could edit your message while keeping the edit history for everyone to see it would allow users to edit their messages without altering what they originally meant.

4. Just leave the photo size as is so I can adjust accordingly in instagram & add the option to be able to crop please! Unable to edit my answer after submitting unless I completely delete it.I've had Tellonym for almost a year now.

5. Is there a better one out there as it seems this isn't the one anymore.Chill fun app- I got curious and wanted to see the sender hint for a particular tell; so I impulsively decided to pay premium for the features.

8. I find it frustrating that I'm unable to sign into a different email once I've logged into another one, it doesn't seem right to essentially lock the app to one email if I have another account.

9. So, if autocorrect makes us look dumb because of grammar "fixes," or we just didn't see bad corrections because we were looking at the keyboard characters we were typing, we have to just live with a stupid looking response.

10. The biggest issue is you cannot register for an account within the app, only allowing you to log in via email or a previously made account.

1. Fix Tellonym Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tellonym: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tellonym App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tellonym" » Open Tellonym: anonymous questions » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tellonym » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tellonym: anonymous questions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tellonym servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tellonym: anonymous questions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tellonym app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tellonym might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tellonym. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tellonym then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tellonym not working

2. Fix Tellonym Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tellonym be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tellonym not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tellonym may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
