1. Thank you.the platform is weirdly awesome?!!! I stumbled on this through privacytools and created an account and started writing after a long time! then I found the app, but the app had no "login" functionality... hmm does that mean that the mobile app is only anonymous platform? 🤔 either ways I love it! been using the mobile app to write random thoughts down asap and the desktop browser under a penname 🙂cool app.

2. And if I move those to my account on web, it will create a different link, right? I'm just confuse as to stay using this app or using the web.

3. Try to add viewer statistics to enable us know the number of people reading our posts.I love it, really serves the main purpose to publish your own articles and share it anywhere online without the readers needing to have some form of app themselves.

4. I've created my account to make my writing is collected into one account, but then I don't find any way to sign in my account into the app.

5. I can't make them into italic or bold? And I'm just curious, if I delete the app, do all of my writings will be gone as well?? I can't check my account info on the app.

1. Fix Write.as Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Write.as: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Write.as App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Write.as" » Open Write.as: Anonymous » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Write.as » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Write.as: Anonymous app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Write.as servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Write.as: Anonymous" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Write.as app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Write.as might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Write.as. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Write.as then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Write.as not working

2. Fix Write.as Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Write.as be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Write.as not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Write.as may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
