Thank you..This is very bad application , I have an account since a long time was connected with Facebook,, currently I'm failed to login with my Facebook account, because they remove logging by attaching with FacebookBeen using this app for ages, but somehow everytime when an update comes ~ the stability of the old one is lost.

For now, I lower my review from 5 ⭐ to 2.5⭐Super slow to the point that there is nothing working at all, and it keep telling me "there is no connection" I also face the exact same problem with the website on different devices/browsers, It just seems like you don't want users to use ASKfm at all, I hope this tells you how bad the app is, really miss the days of the dark blue Askfm.

3. it sucksThe app was good for an amount of time, I downloaded it again but I can't even get into the app, everytime I choose "I'm 18+ yo" I get "access denied"It sucks bad! There's just a bunch of way underage girls doing super inappropriate things.

4. New edit:: Dear plz read it again (i have lost my email id password for that account) atleast warn or allow to link with another email b4 taking such steps.

1. Fix ASKfm Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ASKfm: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ASKfm App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ASKfm" » Open ASKfm: Ask & Chat Anonymously » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ASKfm » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ASKfm: Ask & Chat Anonymously app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ASKfm servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ASKfm: Ask & Chat Anonymously" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ASKfm app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ASKfm might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ASKfm. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ASKfm then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ASKfm not working

2. Fix ASKfm Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ASKfm be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ASKfm not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ASKfm may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
