1. We're going to switch to another bank ASAP.The app is good and works well but they are missing a few key features, such as bill pay, ability to deposit checks via camera, ability to have paper checks or them to send a check, fabens account with interest and it would be nice to have geo locations on each transaction.

There is a small fee for the transaction, so what.So far I have no complaints, except for it's not easy for me to change my phone number doesn't seem to be any options to do so at least from the app online is most likely different I would assume but I prefer to keep everything in one spot when it comes to operation for a banking account.

3. Now I can't view my virtual card information or connect to Google payIt's a decent banking option, the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is because they don't have to option to deposit checks from within the mobile app.

4. If the app stops me from using one of the basic functions of my card, then what is the point?Multiple times over the last month, pending transfers cannot be confirmed (and therefore sent) in the app.

5. I assume these will come with future updates since this bank is pretty new in the US.When I redownloaded the app, I suddenly had to go through the pairing process again which was impossible because I couldn't view my ten-digit code because it wasn't "paired".

6. Use sparingly.The app has a bug which often fails to allow me to confirm transfers, and the only way to fix that problem is to uninstall and reinstall the app (and go through several steps to link your phone back to your account).

7. Also would be nice to have over drafts as option as well as send receive checks and cashing them online through the app and paying bills.

8. Seems like every bank I have ever dealt with within the past 5 years or so that has mobile banking offers check deposits.

9. Not them, but...what makes up for that missing option is the option to add money into your account using a debit card.

10. That is an option no other bank that I know of allows.

11. As far as the bank service goes, I'm pleased with the ease, but it's frustating to only be able to access my finances within a buggy app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix N26 Issues

1. Fix N26 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart N26: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the N26 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "N26" » Open N26 — Love your bank » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for N26 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear N26 — Love your bank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from N26 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "N26 — Love your bank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check N26 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, N26 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall N26. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall N26 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing N26 not working


2. Fix N26 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make N26 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to N26 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, N26 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Bonjour, j'ai contacté le centre N26 chat plus d'une fois en une semaine et personne n'a été capable de me dire ce qui se passait je m'explique: des personnes malveillantes ont eu accès à mon compte , j'ai donc fait opposition à ma carte et à mon compte car ils ont changé mon mot de passe , or comme mon adresse mail a été piratée et qu'elle n'est plus en service je ne reçois donc jamais le mail de réinitialisation de mon mot de passe , or ma nouvelle adresse mail est la suivante:ahlemebenletaief781@redacted donc pouvez-vous leur dire svp qu'ils remplacent l'ancienne adresse par cette nouvelle adresse mail afin que je puisse réinitialiser mon mot de passe et commander une nouvelle carte car j'ai absolument besoin du compte merci .
