Fitplay Customer Insights

1. I may consider uninstalling if survey options are not returned since playing game does not update the total points.My only issue is its only showing 3 games i can play.

2. However, the worse part is even if the game are played for some time, the total points are still not updating.

3. The game had an update which changed the game from paying for the time to having to complete levels within a small amount of time or having to buy in game.

4. I have been using this app for over 4 years and finding really fun games to play and it would pay me for the time I played them until last year.

5. But ever since the update, that option is gone and we must download game to earn points.

6. Go back to what works.Usually this app is great! Over the past month the app will not credit the points im owed! I have already made a complaint and have not had a solution yet.

7. Will be deleting the app, very disappointingit's hard for me because I don't play solitaire but with the help of this game I can easily get how to play solitaire.

8. I haven't cashed out yet I'll come back and fix my review and rating when I cash out and if they fix the issue on apps not showing up.This used to be a great app.

9. Sad part is my husband still gets paid for playing by time and we downloaded the same time.

10. I'm getting points idk why others are not, maybe they didn't allow the app to have access to permissions cause that will prevent them getting points.

11. So I'm hoping for a fix so it stays a good app.There's used to have a survey option which we can get the points.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fitplay Issues

1. Fix Fitplay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fitplay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fitplay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fitplay" » Open Fitplay: Apps & Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fitplay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fitplay: Apps & Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fitplay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fitplay: Apps & Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fitplay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fitplay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fitplay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fitplay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fitplay not working


2. Fix Fitplay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fitplay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fitplay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fitplay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • So y'all ban my "fitplay and cash alarm apps" that I earned every penny so you don't have to pay up.

    There is no rules about using both apps on one phone.

    My son "DoyleRay 19 years old with down syndrome" uses the apps also but not anymore I made him delete the apps....

    He was saying for Christmas.

    It's playing games to earn extra cash and that's it nothing more/nothing less..

    You should reach out to Players before you ban them.

  • I have downloaded Idle Inn Tycoon AND HAGO but your app says I have played ZERO HOURS, MINUTES, SECONDS when in reality I have played for DAYS!!!!!!!!!   • I have three of My apps on fitplay which give Play as 0 seconds to get 0 coins. I have been playing each of them since I downloaded Fitplay.
