1. Some changes in public transportation does not comply with the schedule posted at some stops.It's ok, if a little clunky, but I live in Bocholt, which according to this app doesn't exist so I constantly have to pretend to live in my destination in order to purchase tickets.

1. Fix Ticket NRW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ticket NRW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ticket NRW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ticket NRW" » Open Ticket NRW » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ticket NRW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ticket NRW app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ticket NRW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ticket NRW" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ticket NRW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ticket NRW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ticket NRW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ticket NRW then reinstall.
