1. Trying to delete your account in the app just results in an error message: "HTTP 404 Not Found" And when then trying to contact support via the "Support" button within the menu, it just generated a useless message template, but doesn't even tell you where to send it to or give you any other way to contact support.

Uninstalling the app means entering all your information again (really excited for that data leak!) if you need to install it again (which you have to because a lot of stores and venues think this terrible app is a great concept, even if it's been proven to be fundamentally flawed.) So yeah, cool.

3. This is super frustrating, considering a lot of places only offer check-in via Luca.. (Yes, I've tried reinstalling)For an app that supposed to facilitate easier life in pandemic times it looks like it's made by amateurs who learned to code on YouTube.

4. Like the idea of digital payment and earning points in return which I can use later :)I had to keep up with this app during the pandemic in Germany, Now after it's essentially become entirely obsolete (for the common user), I wanted to delete my account and uninstall the app.

5. The app doesn't seem to accept postal codes of other countries that consist of a different amount of numbers or include letters, so you can't enter your real adress, which is not ideal.

6. Check in can't be undone (i used the wrong qr code from the venue next door) and app just crashes after deleting the account to try and stop the faulty check in.

7. While the system chosen has quite some flaws, for Germans with data the app seems to work quite wellSmooth set up, makes life a bit easier when travelling.

8. Touching the 2nd box causes the data protection declaration to open.

9. I have tried to scan code in several places every time unsuccessful.

10. I haven't been able to get it to open a single time.

11. So many things wrong with either is beyond amusing anymore!The concept is good but the implementation poor.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "luca app" » Open luca app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for luca app » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear luca app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from luca app servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "luca app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check luca app app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, luca app might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall luca app. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall luca app then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing luca app not working

2. Fix luca app Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make luca app be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to luca app not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, luca app may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
