FRITZ!App Smart Home Customer Insights

1. We are relying currently on Amazon echo to set such routines but still is not 100% efficient as any interruption in the internet service is affecting the routines and is not energy efficient anymore.Pretty Ok for basic functions but still needs the browser-accessed UI for more settings… kinda defeats the purpose of an app if i still have to go to the normal browser UI to change my timetable for my smart-radiator-controller…Works exceptional fine.

2. This allows you to dedicated a home screen on Android to smart home.Easy setup, independent of cloud services, no fuzz, control via DECT.An easy to use Thermostat with possibility to manually set direct on the unit or remotely set from the application.80% verry good.

3. But adding/editing a schedule should be a necessary control from the app rather than the Fritz box interfaceGenerally good but missing widgets.

4. I hate to ope my pc for every small adjustment to my daily programThis is OK, but I think it would be better if it were easier to set holiday settings in the app, rather than over the user interface of the Fritzbox. It works, but lacks many functionalities.

5. Why does myfritz have widgets but I can put my lights as widgets on my screen? I'd love to have widgets for plugs to turn them on and off from the dashboard.

6. However the functionalities to set schedules to thermostat cannot be controlled directly in the app and one would need to open fritzbox app is a bit tiresome.

7. Heaters with measured and set temperature that can be adjusted (or open app view when clicked) would be nice but less important.

8. It has made life easier to manage in terms of providing convenience and simple automation.

9. I don't have smart lights, but I guess controlling those would be nice.

10. Well done, folks!Good to control.

11. App is very simple to operate and you can access all the devices without any hassle.
