1. I did that, my partner ordered food but after many months we never saw promised reward.It would be great to have the exact time of order, not just the time of delivery, so this could be used to see how much late the delivery actually was.

2. Paying 140 CZK for delivery and packaging and then waiting twice the advertised time is not acceptable.The new version of the application is confusing, especially related to the delivery/pickup option.

3. People like this should go out of business.Delivery fee may say one thing, but right before you order, it can be increased because of busy time - like 0 czk to 110 czk.

4. Of course there is delivery, but I have to order using the web interface.Only getting worse now with a new confusing name.

5. What even is "order for later", did anyone ever use that feature? (I'd be surprised if yes...) The new app is confusing and unintuitive, especially when drunk, the restaurant options also seem to have shrunk...Totally not functioning app.

7. Never ever will use you for sure.Frauds. Selling 2 for price of 1, first make it sound like you will get 2 meals for price of 1, and then deliver you 1 meal for even bigger price than what it costs in the restaurant.

10. Recently, a lot of late deliveries have happened as restaurants are not able to comply with their delivery times.

1. Fix foodora Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart foodora: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the foodora App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "foodora" » Open foodora: Food & Groceries » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for foodora » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear foodora: Food & Groceries app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from foodora servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "foodora: Food & Groceries" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check foodora app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, foodora might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall foodora. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall foodora then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing foodora not working

2. Fix foodora Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make foodora be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to foodora not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, foodora may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
