1. I've also had multiple experiences where I'll select my items, put in a tip etc and put my order in and it'll crash right at the end and say "restaurant unavailable" only for me to try again 2 minutes later and it works just fine.

2. That alone wouldn't make this one star though... Since the update it will say item unavailable on items I've previously ordered and act like the store only has one single item but then you go to the store and they have the full menu.

3. If you're going to offer rewards then don't make it almost impossible to use them.While the app is definitely worth it if you buy Tim's regularly, they recently revamped the system to make the cost of free items much higher.

4. It used to be you could go a couple times and only spend a dollar or so on each order to get free items.

5. Continue to face issues with app latency, rewards not working properly, and items not available in store.

6. I have never used any of those offers.The is SLOW... It literally takes 5-10 minutes to place an order.

9. Unless you are in Canada all the time, don't bother installing if you live just across the border in the US.A recent update (version 7.0.63) makes this borderline unusable.

10. App has also still charged me when orders 'haven't gone through', thankfully, their customer service team got that fixed/figured out for me quickly and efficiently.They completely redesign the UI In an effort to simplify it but it just makes it harder to find what you want.

3. Clear Tim Hortons app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tim Hortons servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tim Hortons" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tim Hortons app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tim Hortons might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tim Hortons. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tim Hortons then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tim Hortons not working
