You can also manage your cards and even have an overview of other services you are using.The overall experience is good, would be better if I could set up a timer for logout, cause its a bit annoying that i minimize the app and it almost automatically logs me off... 😕 Plus i would be grateful if the loan offers would be hidable, cause I am not interested 😉The bank doesn't offer a trusted link on their web site, to be sure you have the right app.

The smartbanking app from Slovakian ČSOB is much better in this and I also like the UI more.I don't see that this app is marked "contains ads", but some weeks ago it started displaying ads on main screen, like car insurance ad, now you can borrow up to XXX ad, etc I really don't like this and it's not possible to disable this! Edit: I switched app from CZ to EN and ads are gone!I miss some graphs which would show balance over time.

3. It is not used very often but it now requires using the web version which is complicated when e.g. travelling.App stability and performance is good overall, but I have been waiting for the option do a Sepa payment (or any other payment providing IBAN) for years.

4. It feels pretty outdated and the main screen feels sort of empty with just one account -- maybe add your most recent transactions on there?I have never had any issues, this app just works and does what it promises.

5. Integrated with the ČSOB Insurance company so the user can view up to date information on all their contracts and policies there as well.

6. It is 26th of March and my last update of pension fund ballance is end of February... Also, I don't see simple way to save contact (account associated with a person).

7. From programmers point of view, it would take less than few hours to implement and test... Also, pension fund updates are incredibly slow.

  3. Clear ČSOB Smartbanking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ČSOB Smartbanking servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ČSOB Smartbanking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ČSOB Smartbanking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ČSOB Smartbanking might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ČSOB Smartbanking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ČSOB Smartbanking then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ČSOB Smartbanking not working
