I love using the app but there's a lot to add that I can't mention here due to the limit of charactersOverall good app but there are some issues with getting a account after deleteing one a couple times, the only reason I kept deleteing my account is because random people would friend me and I also had issues with the mic picking stuff up even if im being really loud, but other then that this is an amazing way to meet new people and even make some friends I highly recommend this app for people who what to meet new people just beware of the bugs, I hope you find this rating well and helpful enjoyI really like this app.

I have a couple of friends who are completely stuck on an old phone like that and with this app forcing you to update just to use it they're probably gonna have to switch to another app because this is ridiculous.Super fun and useful, I got to meet people right away! But..it has a problem with letting me actually talk to other people after a good few uses of the app.

After a while, the app won't let me send messages and won't even show any chats from people I'm following/talking to or group chats.It's a good app for making friends but ever since March, almost every time I get on the app, everything loads up fine but it won't let me view any texts from anyone and its kind of annoying when people text me and I can't respond because It won't load.

Reinstalling appealing and even factory resetting the app and my phone overall it's a 1.5/10 edit: Support contacted me and just the fact that they even replied is a 5.9/10 great customer supportSeems like a fun app to meet new people, but there's like 10 games you can pick from and most of them are geared toward children.

5. It's not a good as discord but I have no friends on discord but this app is great for making friends and hanging out with new people.

6. Another glitch are things not loading properly like when people change profiles and names they have the new one in private DMS but not in channel chats.

8. I found a lot of group chats that like the same things that I do or are the same age as me, even though I've seen some little kids that are on the app and seen some glitches and bugs every thing else is amazing.

1. Fix Playhouse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Playhouse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Playhouse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Playhouse" » Open Playhouse: Voice Chat & Match » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Playhouse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Playhouse: Voice Chat & Match app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Playhouse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Playhouse: Voice Chat & Match" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Playhouse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Playhouse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Playhouse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Playhouse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Playhouse not working

2. Fix Playhouse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Playhouse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Playhouse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Playhouse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
