Why should I report an Issue with YoYo - Live Voice&Video Chat?

BIG LIERSThis app is trash because it doesn't even have the USA it says working on getting more countries but I don't even want it anymore because it doesn't even have the USA so that's messed up and I don't even want it so if you're not from the USA do not get thisAll I can say about this app is that it sucks.I have set my language to English but I always get matched with someone who can't speak English and most of people are just ArabsPeople buy diamonds to send gifts and collect coins but can't withdraw on coins thats dumb.It's a perfect application to spend wonderful time with nice friends.

2. But most of people in this app only speak Arabic!! How i'm supposed to use it? I called about 10 people and they didn't speak EnglishIts God awful wish I could rate 0 stars but I need to do 1 to make a review literally do not even bother if you speak english what so ever there is not even a way to make your account with your phone number because it only supports countries such as India Pakistan or even Jordan.

3. Even tho the countries that speak english would be where they could get more money but alas they dont so I repeat do not bother with this app.It instantly connected me with a dude or more🤔problem was.... This one guy wouldn't stop calling me.

4. I don't have anything against Arabic people but in this app there are mostly arabic people that don't speak any English and that's my problem.... But this app is still not good.

5. that option should be basic in every app :/lol it was kond of creepy speaking to complete strangers and the fact the app requires your location in order to function makes it double the amount creepier...it does what it is supposed to do so yeah i guess the app is not bad it is not my thong.

6. I advise all subscribers to uninstall it and repair this app to delete it from store.

7. They promise to offer credit and recharge for subscribers but finally you find out it's fake and not true.

1. Fix YoYo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YoYo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YoYo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YoYo" » Open YoYo - Live Voice&Video Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YoYo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YoYo - Live Voice&Video Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YoYo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YoYo - Live Voice&Video Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YoYo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YoYo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YoYo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YoYo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YoYo not working

2. Fix YoYo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YoYo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YoYo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YoYo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
