1. I got a notification, but i can't see it on the app because of the "unstable connection".The app is good but i can't upload videos, i don't know why... That's literally the only way you can make money from this app but it doesn't work, the video i was trying to upload has 1080p quality and 7 minutes long, pls fix it :)Need more improvement, unstable connection, lag, sometimes this app makes my screen turn white and refresh by itself, take a long loading for load some post and more.

1. Fix Woilo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Woilo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Woilo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Woilo" » Open Woilo – Photos, Videos, & NFTs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Woilo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Woilo – Photos, Videos, & NFTs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Woilo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Woilo – Photos, Videos, & NFTs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Woilo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Woilo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Woilo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Woilo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Woilo not working

2. Fix Woilo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Woilo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Woilo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Woilo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
