1. My latest ordering experience was a joke! I placed an order, only to get all the way to the payment screen and the app inform me that the location I was ordering from wasn't accepting online orders 😒 When I tried to change the location, the app forced me to reenter my order from scratch.
2. You're losing business because the ease of online ordering is replaced by the frustration of not being able to order online!I ordered at 12:07, food didn't come out until 1:15.
3. App is OK and I've never had terrible problems, but the coupons are never automatically applied and you can't copy/paste the code, so I have to go to the notification, write down the code, then redo my order and type it in manually.
4. And no rolls?? 🤨Zupas, you are losing business because of this stupid app! We were driving to the restaurant while my wife was TRYING to place an order thru the app.
5. It's a huge pain and experience would be greatly improved if you could automatically add discounts from the notification.Tried to do a drive through order on the app.
6. It took the employees 20 minutes going back and forth checking out my order number again and again before deciding to make my order.
7. Go to the curb side pick up to fill out the information as if you were to order and then switch to the drive through.
8. When I arrived, I clicked on the link in the order confirmation text to let them know I was there (you can also click a link in the confirmation email or in the app).
9. Or let me cancelThe app suddenly started creating an error saying they could not validate my basket when I try to confirm an order.
10. Credit card info won't save in order to make the purchase (yes, the "save" box is selected).
11. You also can't save pending orders 🙄Downloaded the app and immediately placed an order.
