1. I like being able to just scan my phone screen instead of having to break out my wallet, easily keep track of rewards, even with options of how to redeem rewards either automatically or manually.

2. Instead of directing you back to a shopping basket or something to change that one item it erases the whole order and makes you start from scratch, which is a bit frustrating if you ordered for your whole family.

3. It doesn't keep add-ons selected, so if you order a smoothie with whey and then reorder it, you have to add whey again.

4. I ended up erasing the order and restarted my phone in hopes of getting the coupon back but it was gone.

5. It would also be nice to have the menu seperate without having to select the order button.The app works great when everything is perfect; however, is not great when there is something wrong.

6. It needs to be fixed! It forced me to call the store, get a partial refund, and then reorder what the 2nd order was supposed to be on the app AGAIN.

2. Update the Tropical Smoothie Cafe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tropical Smoothie Cafe" » Open Tropical Smoothie Cafe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tropical Smoothie Cafe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tropical Smoothie Cafe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tropical Smoothie Cafe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tropical Smoothie Cafe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tropical Smoothie Cafe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tropical Smoothie Cafe might not work.
