1. I like being able to just scan my phone screen instead of having to break out my wallet, easily keep track of rewards, even with options of how to redeem rewards either automatically or manually.
2. Instead of directing you back to a shopping basket or something to change that one item it erases the whole order and makes you start from scratch, which is a bit frustrating if you ordered for your whole family.
3. It doesn't keep add-ons selected, so if you order a smoothie with whey and then reorder it, you have to add whey again.
4. I ended up erasing the order and restarted my phone in hopes of getting the coupon back but it was gone.
5. It would also be nice to have the menu seperate without having to select the order button.The app works great when everything is perfect; however, is not great when there is something wrong.
6. It needs to be fixed! It forced me to call the store, get a partial refund, and then reorder what the 2nd order was supposed to be on the app AGAIN.
7. I had a welcome coupon for a free smoothie and I wanted to order two of them.
8. I guess I will have to have any coupon scanned at the register from now on.Everytime I try to scan my receipts it tells me you can't scan more then 3 within 24 hours of each other (I haven't scanned one since Tuesday, it's sunday) super frustrating for real.
9. Also, this is more of a bug report than a complaint, but the reorder from past order option doesn't work properly.
10. Not a bad app but I'd like to be able to order when I'm off work and get in then out.This app is glitchy.
11. I've never been able to order from the app, I just go to the website to order because it's the only way I've found to be able to order ahead.
