Ziraat Customer Insights

1. They should add the option to receive activation codes through emails not only through mobile numbers.Great and logical interface easy to use stable and best of all its in ENGLISH! Edit (21 Jan 2022) I had an update from Samsung and afterwards I cannot use NFC payments the app crashes and restarts.

2. This bank is good only that their ATM machines dnt have an option of selecting language that you are comfortable to use like English may be, In most cases at night their ATM machines are broken down like last night two machines were not working at night at Taksim Square.

3. (Update 02 Feb 22) After latest update the problem have been resolved NFC is working great thumbs up.This is the 2nd time Contactless payment stopped working without any notification.

4. I recommend to update the UI and make it more user friendly with top services in front rather then hiddenEverything worked fine untill a few hours ago when I couldn't use the contactless payment feature.

5. Now it tells me "For your security, you are not allowed to use mobile contactless payment feature on your device." And it's really frustrating because I tried everything and it still doesn't work.

6. However, last update requires an active Turkish number to be able to retrieve account access.

7. Kindly do something on that its inconveniencing alot.It was working fine until 2 months ago and now the app keeps disconnecting and does not process the requestTerrible.

8. Again it shows "for your security you are not allowed to use mobile contactless payment".

9. Those who have account in Ziraat better to transfer all their fund out because it is not reliable at all.Good ,fast and reliable serviceVery fine app.

10. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS.Application offers good services and a lot of necessary transactions can be done through it.

11. I called customer support of both the bank and Samsung and they couldn't help me.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ziraat Issues

1. Fix Ziraat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart Ziraat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ziraat App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ziraat" » Open Ziraat Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ziraat » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ziraat Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ziraat servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ziraat Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ziraat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ziraat might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ziraat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ziraat then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ziraat not working

2. Fix Ziraat Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ziraat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ziraat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ziraat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
