1. For this kind of basic app I expected better.My 3 yr old loves this game however, at a certain point it crashes and I either need to restart his whole tablet or force stop his game and clear the data.

2. Its difficult to trace a letter when it wont let you.Why only uppercase pronunciation? Would be best app of its type of the user could choose capitals or phonics.its a good app.

3. it ruins the experience do not dl this unless you would like to see your kid frustrated due to all the clickbait.it's ok i guess but the only bad thing is that I have to wait a long time for it to load and my connection is great so that needs to be fixed.

5. Paid for the ad-free, full version... but then it keeps showing more apps, all of which continue to ask for money.

6. my 2 yr old likes it, but when I hit the app arrow to go back after finishing a letter, it exits the game.

7. There are better learning aps out there.Horrible! The app crashes constantly! It wont even load anymore.

8. the paid option on an Amazon Kindle takes you through the steps to purchase and then it goes right back to the app without any effect.

9. If he didn't like it so much, I would just delete it.Really cute game and nice design.

1. Fix Pocoyo Alphabet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pocoyo Alphabet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pocoyo Alphabet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pocoyo Alphabet" » Open Pocoyo Alphabet: ABC Learning » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pocoyo Alphabet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pocoyo Alphabet: ABC Learning app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pocoyo Alphabet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pocoyo Alphabet: ABC Learning" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pocoyo Alphabet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pocoyo Alphabet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pocoyo Alphabet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pocoyo Alphabet then reinstall.
