1. this thing is a POSWhy does Zink need to make calls from my phone? What the heck? No way!!!!! Skip this app! Such a pity cause the zink Happy printer is fun to use.Useless. Doesn't work right.

2. it will connect long enough to print one picture and then not be connected for the next and you have to keep thinking it on and off and trying to do a search to find it to connect again and then your lucky if it does.

3. Never wants to connect to wifi, and finding zink roles for it has been nearly impossible.Wasn't even able to use the app.

4. Why would it need to make or manage phone calls?Will not connect to wifi.

5. Printer going to recycler and app uninstalled.worked at first, now won't connect to wifi.

6. It wants you to connect to the printer network, but won't you download firmware because not connected to internet.

7. But, it works.the device does not connect to be printed very good and is sparatic.

8. Having trouble posting a bad review.The app is cumbersome to use but it does work - both from two diffetrent Android phones and from my new HP X2 Chromebook.

9. You tube says to use another app, but doesn't work if it can't find printer... which it can't do.

10. It requires permission to manage and make phone calls, I refused to give it that permission so the app just closed.

1. Fix ZINK Design & Print Studio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ZINK Design & Print Studio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ZINK Design & Print Studio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZINK Design & Print Studio" » Open ZINK Design & Print Studio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZINK Design & Print Studio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ZINK Design & Print Studio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZINK Design & Print Studio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZINK Design & Print Studio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ZINK Design & Print Studio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZINK Design & Print Studio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ZINK Design & Print Studio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZINK Design & Print Studio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZINK Design & Print Studio not working

2. Fix ZINK Design & Print Studio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZINK Design & Print Studio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZINK Design & Print Studio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZINK Design & Print Studio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
