I have used it to list my properties, which it does automatically for me on all of the main rental sites, plus it handles tenant applications and screening, then goes beyond with automatic bank drafts for rental payments too! The chat feature has also been invaluable, as the folks at Tellus are super responsive and very helpful, plus I'm sure it will come in handy for communication with my tenants as well.
2. The customer service is also prompt in responding and helping with any issues that arise.So their support did answer everything & finally delivered my money back into my account, but the wait time is way to long for doing anything electronically anymore.
3. This creates an issue for those who no longer use that account.I can't add a second bank account.Easy way to save money while earning high interest.
4. But now I can't open an account, it just goes through the steps, I put in all my info and hit continue and it takes me back to the let's get started screen.Downloaded roughly a month ago to use the invest feature and disappointed with the wait-list.
5. The reserve account could allow for a higher balance, and the time it takes to transfer money could be faster.

7. No access to the money I put in there.Tellus has been a great addition to my tools I use to manage our rental properties.
8. In order to change my linked bank I have to completely withdraw all of my money to that account.
9. Also them not being FDIC insured really does set off a lot of red flags with people especially when saving money is involved & the speed in which your money is transfer back really makes people think twice.
