Soundcore Customer Insights

1. Great other than that.The Select 2 by itself is a nightmare pre Amp level to high ! Creating distortion, needs pre Amp control! however, using soundcore app I was able to lower the level by dropping the EQ down to bottom level and this cured the problem ! And sounds great now great battery life as well and I am very pleased with this product u can even turn off the greeting chimes and connects instantly.

2. App is helpful for seeing battery charge and noise-canceling options and looks sleek but doesn't do that much in the end.Doesn't seem to want to install firmware update it just sits at 0% (over 20 minutes now...) I'd skip it but it asks me to update it every single time.

3. However in order to use the widget I must first open the app (which cannot be done from the widget) and tell the app to "connect" to the earbuds, and then finally the widget will work.

4. Instead it just shows one and you when you connect to the other to use both, the other disconnects.Functional but the widget takes up too much space as a 4x2 that still requires you to scroll through options with a ton of unused space.

5. It doesn't register with Android 13's spatializer API so won't work with spatial audio apps or multi source audio.Amazing speaker can't beat the price point app has always been good.

6. The custom eq works well and the space a40 sound great but the widget support is terrible.

7. **After updating the app everything worked better than I imagined!! Between the earbuds and the sound quality after doing the in app hearing test, I cannot believe what I am hearing!! Its like being in a studio or live concert.

8. The lack of balance control is why I gave this app only 4 stars.Cool app, works pretty slick and paired with the nicest Bluetooth speaker I've had before.

9. Basically makes the widget pointlessApp works just fine with my Soundcore ANC headphones; no connection issues at all.

10. If after using app after update without any issues I will upgrade to five stars! Thank you for such a great product.

11. It would be great if the app would tell us when there is a problem and to reset the earbuds.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Soundcore Issues

1. Fix Soundcore Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Soundcore: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Soundcore App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Soundcore" » Open Soundcore » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Soundcore » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Soundcore app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Soundcore servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Soundcore" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Soundcore app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Soundcore might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Soundcore. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Soundcore then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Soundcore not working


2. Fix Soundcore Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Soundcore be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Soundcore not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Soundcore may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • good morning, i've lost my soundcore's liberty air 2 case (charger) for a second time... i want to know if it's possible to buy only the case. thank you very much... sorry for that sad english.
