1. Transaction fees are so high compared to others I'm being charged $8-12 per transaction fee, whereas on other apps, I'm only being charged $1-3 Even when sending to the same wallet...Purchased over $300 worth of BTC on 5/6 and still waiting for it to show up in my account and it's 5/8.

2. It actually has support options that no other wallets apps wallets seen to have, with real people and not bots.

3. Other than that, I would say the biggest (CON) for me is the app will say oops error and I have to close and reopen, in order to go back to where I was.There are other apps / wallets that are cheaper and more reliable.

4. How ridiculous is that??? Other than support, this app has nothing to offer you and support will tell you it is out of there hands because they use 3rd party companies to facilitate the transactions of coins.

5. It seems they have been working closely with other players in the space to make this one of the most efficient and customer-friendly apps out there.

6. If not then go with someone else like an actual exchange.Had a hiccup with one of my transactions so I used the apps online active assistant and he was able to rectify the situation within 10 minutes.

7. Keep up the great work! :)One is sleekest wallet apps out there.

8. Customer support team is also very helpful and professional and available inside the app with one click (yes, I know this because I've already interacted with them).

9. With cloud backup and a face mapping option, the only thing you have to worry about losing is your face, and surely everyone takes that with them.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zengo Issues

1. Fix Zengo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zengo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zengo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zengo" » Open Zengo: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zengo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zengo: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zengo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zengo: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zengo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zengo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zengo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zengo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zengo not working


2. Fix Zengo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zengo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zengo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zengo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
