1. If your bank or credit union offers Zelle, you already have it in your mobile banking app or online banking – if they don’t, the Zelle app will make it easy for you to send money to enrolled Zelle users that already have access through their financial institution.
2. If they aren’t, they will be notified and can follow a few simple steps to complete the payment. *Some banks allow customers to enroll in the Zelle app using their online or mobile banking username and password.
3. Enroll using a Visa® or Mastercard® debit card linked to a U. S. 3. Enroll your U. S. checking account by using your online banking username and password, if your bank supports this feature*. 4.
4. Zelle® has partnered with leading banks and credit unions across the U. S. to bring you a fast, safe and easy way to send money to friends and family.
5. Even better, Zelle does not charge any fees to use the service. (Mobile carrier or bank fees may apply). 2.
6. Choose a person to pay, or request money from, by entering their U. S. mobile number or email address. 5.
7. Using just your recipient’s email address or U. S. mobile number, you can settle up simply and safely with almost anyone you know and trust.
8. If they’re already enrolled with Zelle, they’ll typically get the money in minutes.
9. Money moves quickly - directly from bank account to bank account.
10. Confirm the amount and hit send.
11. You must have a bank account in the U. S. to use Zelle.
1. If that's the case, prepare to spend precious time trying to add a debit card, getting useless error messages, getting locked out of the app with more useless error messages, and finally calling customer service only to find out that your debit card is "incompatible" with Zelle, which means you'll never be able to use the app even though the advertising says you could. It's a very basic, straightforward app, with clear and easy directions to sign up/use.
2. Now, I'm getting an error message, & can't log back in?!? Just installed the latest update, & STILL getting the error message when trying to sign in!Beware! "Bank not listed? No problem! Download the app!" sometimes means that your bank wholly doesn't work with Zelle.
3. This is/has become an issue users, FIX IT, or you’re going to start loose FIX THE ISSUE!!! People need to upgrade their debit cards, and ZELLE doesn’t give the privilege, WTW!!Tried to get this app many times over the past few years and always an error message.
4. This way you don't have to login to transfer funds sent to you through Zelle, it just automatically goes into to the attached bank account.
5. I had used Zelle through my bank app for the longest time, but recently, if someone sends me money without me requesting, it doesn't show up.
6. I don't like that it gives a $500/wk limit to send money to an individual, & since my debit card needed updating, it erases the transaction history associated with the previous card (even though all that changed was the expiration date & the ID on the back).
7. I can’t update my debit card! What’s the use of keeping Zelle, if you can’t find a place within the app if you’re unable to use it.
8. I get a notification that someone has sent me money so I open the link and set it up to connect with my bank and then it just goes to my main bank screen and I don't see the money.
9. My sister has the same bank, and she got zelle just fine and likes the app.
10. So I downloaded this app to try here, but it won't even let me choose my bank even though I see it in the drop-down list.
11. My bank comes up in the list, and I click it and nothing happens.
