1. Could you please fix this???I'm not a tech savvy person, an this is very easy to use.. I could figure it out without calling for my kids help lmfao.. Thank you ZayZoom for making this simple, while dealing with a stressful situation of needing some emergency funds early before payday.Everutime i try signing up it reverts back to the main screen.

2. but the fees per transfer I hope one day be a little lower.it would be nice if they'd allow a bigger withdrawal where it's done less often to avoid paying additional fees to get what you need for bills.I've been trying to set up an account for a week now.

7. Also, incredibly limited times for customer service and none on the weekends (seriously just use instant pay, I used it for years without any issue)Totally a scam.

8. Then if U DON'T do direct deposit, they cancel your card, & won't let you access any money U already have on it.

9. Every time I click sign up it tries to and then goes back to the login page.

10. It'll start up and let me try to fill it out and get signed up but then it reverts back to the main screen again.

11. There's no way 2 contact them except through bots in the app chat that does nothing 2 help you resolve any issues.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ZayZoon Issues

1. Fix ZayZoon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ZayZoon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ZayZoon App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZayZoon" » Open ZayZoon - Wages On-Demand » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZayZoon » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ZayZoon - Wages On-Demand app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZayZoon servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZayZoon - Wages On-Demand" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ZayZoon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZayZoon might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ZayZoon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZayZoon then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZayZoon not working


2. Fix ZayZoon Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZayZoon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZayZoon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZayZoon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I have sent a total of 5 messages regarding my issue. There is no customer service to call so you have to rely on email. My issue is simple Deduction # 1688198 for 898.00 is show unreconciled. My paycheck shows 898.00 deducted to zayzoon on 11/30. They say they don't have it. I sent my paycheck to confirm it was sent to them. Still not fixing the problem. I don't know what else to do. They say they are going to take out another 898. What??? I need help. ASASP

Hello, Transaction # 1688198 is showing unreconciled. The amount was taken out of my paycheck on November 30. Please let me know why it is not showing as being paid back.
