As you will have to change it to mobily or STC eventually.Very bad application and very vert bad customer services ( through phone and through zain stories) - i failed to renew my pacakage (flex digital) although i paid - it cost me two time payment (113 SAR/time) without renew , other wise customer services very very bad they didn't support you by any mean - really i regret to use Zain.Too much bad 👎 working, very slowly and tenseful۔A refresh option should appear every five seconds.
2. WhatsApp calls are a headache! I regret joining the zain network!came for hajj, got a Zain sim, and i am regretting every minute of it, througout makka, the internet doesnt work and the speed is miserable.
3. My motto,just keep it simple and uncomplicated.It was very hard for me to recharge my balance in this network there's no any option only pay advance or receive monthly bills how about my balance how can I use that to register the new unlimited bundle????The worst service you could have.
4. I hope they will improve their network, but I want to get rid of their pathetic quality of service.The worst network ever I have come across .
5. It needs a great deal to be improved .Very poor service , low coverage and low speed Area: As sanadid Street , As Salamah, Jeddah.
6. They want me to stay till next week without any service, calles, internet until next week.
7. Bad experieZain is the worst network I have ever seen.It reminds me of my modem connection decades ago.
8. We ordered a specific package that has international calls but we were given something else, it's OK, mistakes happen but not fix the problem here is what's not excepted.
9. I called to complain but they ask for the name of service provider who does not want to identify himself.
10. Please fix it or remove it.Zain app,is perfect easy to use and works excellent every time.
11. Save urself the trouble and dont get Zain.
