1. Half the time don't get any notifications or a ring with an incoming calls, and that is probably because the app won't stay connected to my watch! I bought a smart watch from wish and their app and watch work 100 percent better, and that is pretty darn sad!Fairly good product.

2. I like the design of the watch and the look, just wished everything else would work.Doesn't seem to operate the way it should like it doesn't give the heartbeat on what your heart is at, the app isn't working on the steps going compare to the watch.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iTOUCH Legacy Issues

1. Fix iTOUCH Legacy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iTOUCH Legacy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iTOUCH Legacy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iTOUCH Legacy" » Open iTOUCH Legacy » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iTOUCH Legacy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iTOUCH Legacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iTOUCH Legacy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iTOUCH Legacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iTOUCH Legacy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iTOUCH Legacy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iTOUCH Legacy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iTOUCH Legacy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iTOUCH Legacy not working

Why is it that I cannot get my iTouch Air to work at all. It does not show the battery charging or how to turn on????

iTouch Air smartwatch does not show it being charging when connected to the power source & the ability to turn on is not doable, this is watch #2 that I have tried. Whats up???
