1. On website I am not able to login from my registered email id and on this app I have registered thrice from same mobile number... Wow!!!useless app as expected from govt departments.

2. passwords are not sent through sms.You cant register for chardham yatra from this application and i have tried from browser same credentials not working.

3. I don't know why government authorities do such " खानापूर्ती " work.Not understand why app required permissions to access photos , media and files when it just for booking tickets.

4. There is a failure at every step... Failed to register, failed to generate OTP, failed to generate password etc.

5. Such an important yet irresponsible and that's also a government app!! Can't login or update information no matter how many times I try.

6. I have sent email also on 8th june 2020There is nothing in this app just couple of some pics thats all.

7. Also when i choose forgot password, I did not receive your OTP in my Mobile.

9. Worst application seriously not develop properly.App is not working at all... Very slow, I can see only homepage nothing else.

10. However during registration, there was no field for password while during logging in it asks for a password.
