1. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Edit: Changing to 0 stars as they have "upgraded" to no longer automatically provide you with cash back -- as it says in their marketing -- You now have to manually select the merchant before making a purchase, and then you have 24 hours to make said purchase.
2. Wasn't a huge problem when things were automatic but now that I have to open it to claim offers it's much more annoying.The cash back program is fine, but this app is horrible.
3. I've contacted support because I'm unable to cash out to PayPal even after completing the requirements, but haven't received a response because "they're experiencing high volume".
4. Today I recieved a form email stating that customer support was closing all current support tickets without any resolution! Most likely they're about to exit scam.
5. I sent a fix-it to their support center and it was fixed but then I had ANOTHER issue and had to submit another ticket.
6. Stuck in "payout review" status and my emails to support have gone unanswered.
7. Some of the other cashback apps at least let you manually add them if you can't find them in plaid.I like the idea if it but the app is extremely buggy.
8. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops of fire and submit a "fix-it" ticket every other day to use an app.
9. Also, it's CONSTANTLY triggering a needs location notification to my phone, which is particularly frustrating when I'm in airplane mode or have spotty service.
10. I can only withdrawal to Bitcoin, but definitely don't want to do that because I'm sure it'll take forever to cash it out for traditional money.Almost a month later.
11. Reached out to support and they say it's a problem with the provider they use to sync with the bank.
