1. This app would be bad ass if We were able to play some slot/card games from the app to win real prizes.. prizes like free play at the casino, meal comps, gift shop rewards, extra entries in drawings..ECT..This app is useless! You have to be in the casino in order to claim most prizes when theres stations for that in the casino! This app is no different than RedHawk casino itself were you never win anything but continously lose hard earned money! youre better off saving the space on your phone.

2. Other than that I wish I lived closer to the casino, So that I could visit more often.Always problem with not recognizing my location, I go to claim my things on the app, then 98%of the time, it says I must be at redhawk, yet I am usually in this place trying to use them at the register... very frustrating! Also does not allow me to claim bonus entries majority of the time! It has been messed up for the duration that I have had this app, so at least a couple of years.

3. Good restaurants, casino and the new hotel is being built,,, i remember the 🎪... My Respect to the Band of Miwoks for all the work they've had to do to make this happen.Great slots and game tables.

4. Plus they off a kids quest video arcade and daycare which is very convenient and affordable! Red Hawk offers thier buffet with a variety of menus to choose throughout the week....great place to go hang out and have fun not only for you but the whole family as well!I don't understand why its impossible to log in.

  1. Restart myRedHawk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myRedHawk App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myRedHawk" » Open myRedHawk » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myRedHawk » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myRedHawk app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myRedHawk servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myRedHawk" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myRedHawk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myRedHawk might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myRedHawk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myRedHawk then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myRedHawk not working


2. Fix myRedHawk Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myRedHawk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myRedHawk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myRedHawk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
