1. Terrible! Go for another app or website guys! You try to filter results and it doesn't work and it doesn't even give you the chance to order them to easily find what you are looking for!The app is nice, and everything easy to do the rental, but in case something goes south, I found it very difficult to reach them.

2. That was a task which should take seconds /minutes.Good range of motorhomes and locationsNo one answers in this app and it takes forever to verify my documents!So many bugs!!!! Can't get past location screen, just says error.

3. Cheers, MurielWorks great, no issues.Document validation takes forever! Why it takes so many hours to validate 3 pieces of document? It is insane! Nobody to contact or call to make things faster so that we can make last-minute bookings.

1. Fix Yescapa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yescapa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yescapa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yescapa" » Open Yescapa » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yescapa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yescapa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yescapa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yescapa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yescapa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yescapa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yescapa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yescapa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yescapa not working

2. Fix Yescapa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yescapa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yescapa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yescapa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
