App doesn't let you register (throws network issues error, no matter if you try 3 different wi-fi's with best connection, or mobile data and different phones, clearly built in the app).This is a good tool for the price, but when are you guys going to add more Dashboards or evan update the look of the App.

Which other makers providing.. i am not recommending it...better to buy simple obd you will have more option than this... i did mistake to buy it , now i am regretting ... unless they will upgrade software with a option to configure yourselfdon't buy AD10 or any other xtool device it you're planning to use it with other apps.

1. Fix Advancer AD10 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Advancer AD10: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Advancer AD10 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Advancer AD10" » Open Advancer AD10 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Advancer AD10 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Advancer AD10 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Advancer AD10 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Advancer AD10" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Advancer AD10 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Advancer AD10 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Advancer AD10. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Advancer AD10 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Advancer AD10 not working

2. Fix Advancer AD10 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Advancer AD10 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Advancer AD10 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Advancer AD10 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
