1. Highly recommended. When using the app for navigation you have to keep the phone screen active, cannot put it to sleep, because in case of Samsung Note 10 (the phone I'm using), the phone is relentless at killing all "unnecessary" background apps when the screen goes dark to save battery life.
2. I can control music and phone by saying "OK Google" and then speaking the instruction.Great app (except for a few bad updates which broke it down; which were promptly rectified).
3. I missed using "OK Google" to call people or choose songs so I paired my headset to the phone instead of the TFT display.
4. 5 stars for being easy to use, showing information about the bikes, being able to download maps for offline use, I can record rides and any pictures I take on the rides will store on the app.
5. Great app, navigation is spot on.I would like to see BMW give the option to use Google Maps or WAZE for navigation.
6. Within my hometown area alone, I have discovered multiple POI's that have been out of business for more than a year! I do not think it would be very difficult on the programming side as Google has an open API.
7. As long as you don't shut off the screen and don't put the phone to sleep - the app works flawlessly.
8. It is still a very good, free alternative to a GPS unit.On the plus side, having the ability to track rides and see information on speeds, ABS activations, etc.
9. The phone and radio work great.
10. I still get the navigation (without voice) but not the music or phone.
11. If I were to want anything extra, I think I'd want the to be some sort of "motorcycle tracking device" which would be compatible with the app, that would show where the bike is on the map.So far the app has been very reliable.
