Xaman Wallet ( Customer Insights

1. It's so 'secure' that I gave up adding a new account on device because it requires some custom input of secret numbers (without a numpad) instead of just saving and exporting a backup.Hi! i love this app but i think it needs more updates.

2. I see some negative reviews but they're mainly due to the fact that the users don't know enough about the XRP ledger and incorrectly blame Xumm.Very intuitive and smooth experience when using the XUMM wallet application.

3. Currently account creation just blocks on no internet and the user has to guess that that is because internet is not connected.Abysmally annoying onboarding process.

4. Totally recommendedI notice that XUMM requires internet connection when creating a new account.

5. It took a few mins to get my head around the functions to start with and getting it set up, but overall as a first time user experience it was great.

6. Instructions to the user could start then with "connect to the internet to check the account status".

8. Fees are VERY reasonable and are a requirement of the underlying protocol that the app uses.This application is easy to use, being completely intuitive.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Xaman Wallet ( Issues

1. Fix Xaman Wallet ( Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Xaman Wallet (: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Xaman Wallet ( App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Xaman Wallet (" » Open Xaman Wallet (formerly Xumm) » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Xaman Wallet ( » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Xaman Wallet (formerly Xumm) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Xaman Wallet ( servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Xaman Wallet (formerly Xumm)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Xaman Wallet ( app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Xaman Wallet ( might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Xaman Wallet (. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Xaman Wallet ( then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Xaman Wallet ( not working


2. Fix Xaman Wallet ( Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Xaman Wallet ( be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Xaman Wallet ( not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Xaman Wallet ( may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
