1. So knowing that this one is able to understand more complex problems in word form is such a relief for me to hear! And I love how even if the ai doesn't understand the question, you can ask an expert instead for only one ticket!! Would definitely recommend to ANYONE (including friends who don't ask me for it but need help in math anyway 😄) who needs help with math problems :D 10/10!!This app is actually more useful than I imagined! It really helps me stay in touch with math and keeps me actively thinking.

However I JUST updated and I miss the old version where it had a study mode, was in landscape instead of portrait and I just liked the old UI much more than the current one if I'm being honest, especially when Eva would explain the problem using a white board while standing next to it.Me personally I love this app! I have read other user reviews stating that she has answered their problems incorrectly before so I am a little cautious, however I have never run into this problem yet, so they may have fixed the bug.

3. Also, I do like how the problems are explained but not all questions have that feature which is a shame.The app is pretty good overall as it shows you how to solve complicated math problems one step at a time.

4. I like this app because it's a really fun way to learn more about math and even has someone who can help you if you are stuck on a question! My character can get skins so that's pretty cool too, if I get tired of how they look, I can just change their skin and make them look different and not get tired of seeing them with the same thing!Love it - helps so much with the math I have always had a struggle with.

5. That should have been the easy part! Simple mistakes like this mean I will have difficulty trusting future solutions from this app.It's amazing so far! In other apps they couldn't solve even the simplest of apps, so it extremely frustrated me.

8. The tickets are kinda annoying because it can be difficult (for me at least) to get others to sign up for the app, but it's not a super big issue if you can figure out what the word problem wants.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TutorEva" » Open TutorEva: Campus AI Study Help » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TutorEva » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TutorEva: Campus AI Study Help app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TutorEva servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TutorEva: Campus AI Study Help" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TutorEva app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TutorEva might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TutorEva. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TutorEva then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TutorEva not working

2. Fix TutorEva Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TutorEva be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TutorEva not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TutorEva may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
