1. The only app that you can send and receive money with absolutely no nonsense and no unnecessary steps and most importantly, no declined payments when you know your card is good! Alot of times certain apps won't accept prepaid cards as form of payment but this one will! It's cheap and it's well worth it! This is the quickest way I have found to send money! It says 2 days but normally it is in my account the same day, a mere couple of hours! Save yourself the headache and just use Vigo!This is an exceptionally good app.

Ir if it does it says there is an error and I have to find a physical location.I absolutely love this app because I have never had any problems whatsoever when sending money to somebody or to myself for pickup and any other app I've used, it's one problem after another or every problem or one thing then another thing, but with this app I start from beginning to the end and it's simple it's quick it's easy and I have zero problems I love this app.When the app is working properly it is easy and fast to use.

1. Fix Vigo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vigo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vigo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vigo" » Open Vigo: Send Cash Payments » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vigo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vigo: Send Cash Payments app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vigo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vigo: Send Cash Payments" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vigo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vigo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vigo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vigo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vigo not working

2. Fix Vigo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vigo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vigo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vigo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
