1. I deposited a check today (a small amount under $100), but when I tried to take a photo of the check, the app took me to the camera app, let me snap a photo, but then often (but not always) just bailed-out of the deposit function and go back to its "main" screen after taking the photo, requiring me to start over.
2. It took me almost 30 minutes and 14 attempts to get a mobile deposit in without it crashing! I sent feedback and crash responses, but I am 110% sure that it will go nowhere because this has been a problem for a few months and nothing has happened to the app except get worse.

I have used this bank around 8 years or more but, unfortunately, if this app isn't fixed in the next week or so, I will have no choice but to close the accounts and find a new bank.I've been with Woodforest Bank for the last 8 years and I've never had any problem using the Woodforest Mobile Banking app.
4. I guess this is related to me having to start over repeatedly, earlier (i.e. when taking a photo would cause the app to bail-out), and I assume that if my bank receives more than one deposit action, they'll just discard the extras -- EDIT: they approved one and rejected the extras.
5. Love the small-town feel of Woodforest, but inconvenient locations, inconvenient hours, no ATM (except at inconvenient locations), and now this? InsaneThe app is ok but every other month it starts crashing when you try to use fingerprint login to access your accounts.
6. All other apps work fine.This app was great until a few months ago the mobile deposit feature started crashing.
7. Now, the app crashes as soon as you try to log in and it says, "woodforest app keeps crashing, send crash report." I have sent a dozen crash reports or more and its still not fixed.
8. What I hate is that it takes so long for a mobile deposit and getting messages about the inability to connect with Woodforest servers.
9. Feels like I have to make an appointment ahead of time to deposit a check through my phone.Just getting the app, and so far, not impressed.
10. Last response from the developer was over 6 weeks ago.Updated review! Here I am again, leaving feedback for a messed up update on your end! Last time in 2018 i was never able to log back in apparently your system deleted all of my info.
11. I only downloaded it to deposit that check, as it's a long drive to my nearest Woodforest branch.
