Why should I report an Issue with Lovedays - D-Day for Couples?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I think adding a few more features would be great! I also had a question about adding your partner's phone number? not quite sure what its for...more features related to relationships is needed like making albums, adding songs, making video clips, adding note gor each day and an option for daily log or maybe a page for relationship tips.

2. P/S: I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 8-Korea version- to check if there is any conflicts with the phone operation or not.It would be appreciated if you add an option to have the notification bar change to black/dark colour to match the recently popular dark theme on phones.

3. As soon as your phone wakes up, you have the option of unlocking your phone, taking a pic with your person or directly calling them! One suggestion; I'd wish that the call option on the first screen also gave the option to text message.This app is good so far and I do enjoy all the features.

4. I love (lol) this app! It's very easy to use, and has a variety of options for you to easily see just how much time you've been with your person! I especially love the first screen.

5. It seems to be displayed according to the last time you access to main app, not the actual days counted.

6. But recently I am facing a problem that the anniversary days showed on the Notification bar is wrong, until you access directly to the main app.

1. Fix Lovedays Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lovedays: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lovedays App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lovedays" » Open Lovedays - D-Day for Couples » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lovedays » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lovedays - D-Day for Couples app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lovedays servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lovedays - D-Day for Couples" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lovedays app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lovedays might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lovedays. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lovedays then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lovedays not working

2. Fix Lovedays Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lovedays be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lovedays not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lovedays may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
