Feeld Customer Insights

1. This bug alone takes it from 5 stars to 1 (in hopes of them actually prioritizing this debilitating issue).The overall premise and usefulness of the platform is great but it's marred by the horrible chat feature that gets stuck after a conversation has gone past a few messages.

2. I've never seen a phone tell me to give up on an app lol 😭 Lex had the exact same bug problems (app freezes/crashes, you can only type a couple sentences before it freezes, often the app won't even load), but now they don't, so maybe the devs can reach out and troubleshoot? I don't know.

3. LOVE the concept and the people I've met, but my own phone literally pinged me and recommended I delete the app because of how often it crashes.

4. The chat feature freezes constantly, in the middle of typing a message.

5. Biggest problem I have is, the app crashes a lot and the chat freezes constantly.

6. If you were trying to design an app that makes you want to delete it, congratulations you've succeed!! Sooo buggy.

7. Every time I get a notification I have to open the app, wait for it to load, close it.

8. When it crashes, I have no access to any of the features in the app, and I have to restart my phone to reset it.

9. Not sure if the cost is worth it.Honestly, this app is a fantastic idea but it's so glitchy it's almost unusable.

10. When it steals out again, then reopen it and finally get my notification after waiting about 10 to 15 seconds for the page to load.

11. The chat is super slow and extremely glitchy.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Feeld Issues

1. Fix Feeld Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Feeld: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Feeld App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Feeld" » Open Feeld: Meet Couples & Singles » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Feeld » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Feeld: Meet Couples & Singles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Feeld servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Feeld: Meet Couples & Singles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Feeld app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Feeld might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Feeld. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Feeld then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Feeld not working


2. Fix Feeld Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Feeld be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Feeld not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Feeld may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I can’t log into my account. I do not get the emails. The emails are not in my junk folder or spam. I would like you to change the email address to shana.light@redacted so I can log in with my wife’s address and we can access our account.

  • For the past two days I have been unable to log in to Feeld. I have not received the email to log in despite repeated attempts spaced hours apart. The email is not in my spam folder and searching for Feeld only shows me previous logins from the past.

  • Since the 12 hour update for some reason, it’s not logging me back into my account. I know it’s the correct email and I double checked my email to make sure, it’s not sending me the confirmation email that I need to log back in. I’ve tried this at least 20 times and I have yet to receive one email from you guys about logging back in. I deleted and reinstalled the app to have the same issues so I don’t know if it’s an issue on your part but I can’t log back in

  • Hi, my Feeld app stopped working, it just froze and could never connect to the internet. So I deleted and redownloaded the app but when I write my email address to get the login link, again it buffers forever and doesn’t progress to actually logging in. How can I recover my account please?

  • Hello. This may be a bug for everyone but I got automatically logged out of my account. Then when I try to log in with Apple ID or Facebook, nothing happens. When I try to enter email address, I just get spinning wheel. Thanks
