1. This bug alone takes it from 5 stars to 1 (in hopes of them actually prioritizing this debilitating issue).The overall premise and usefulness of the platform is great but it's marred by the horrible chat feature that gets stuck after a conversation has gone past a few messages.
2. I've never seen a phone tell me to give up on an app lol 😭 Lex had the exact same bug problems (app freezes/crashes, you can only type a couple sentences before it freezes, often the app won't even load), but now they don't, so maybe the devs can reach out and troubleshoot? I don't know.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Feeld Issues
1. Fix Feeld Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Feeld: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Feeld App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Feeld" » Open Feeld: Date & Meet New People » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Feeld » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Feeld: Date & Meet New People app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Feeld servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Feeld: Date & Meet New People" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Feeld app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Feeld might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Feeld. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Feeld then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Feeld not working
2. Fix Feeld Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Feeld be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Feeld not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Feeld may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello, I recently reported someone for having a fake account. They admitted to me that they use edited photos and when i met them in person they looked completely different than how they looked in their profile pictures. It was a bit terrifying and i just want to make sure they get their account taken down so that no one will feel uneasy like i did. They use an editing app to completely change their appearance. Their name was Amy on the app. Let me know asap what comes of it!
Hi There! I accidentally deleted my account instead of pausing it. I paid for a majestic membership through August 1st and would like to reactivate my account, but can’t seem to do so and attach my existing subscription. Please advise.
I can’t log into my account. I do not get the emails. The emails are not in my junk folder or spam. I would like you to change the email address to shana.light@redacted so I can log in with my wife’s address and we can access our account.

Hi, i’m trying to log in my account but it asks me to confirm through an email that i never receive.
Since the 12 hour update for some reason, it’s not logging me back into my account. I know it’s the correct email and I double checked my email to make sure, it’s not sending me the confirmation email that I need to log back in. I’ve tried this at least 20 times and I have yet to receive one email from you guys about logging back in. I deleted and reinstalled the app to have the same issues so I don’t know if it’s an issue on your part but I can’t log back in
Hi, my Feeld app stopped working, it just froze and could never connect to the internet. So I deleted and redownloaded the app but when I write my email address to get the login link, again it buffers forever and doesn’t progress to actually logging in. How can I recover my account please?
Hello. This may be a bug for everyone but I got automatically logged out of my account. Then when I try to log in with Apple ID or Facebook, nothing happens. When I try to enter email address, I just get spinning wheel. Thanks
