1. Wirex is the worst card service I've come across, an absolute SCAMI've done lots of verifications within apps but this is the worst one, very small window for the ID and when it focuses (you cant choose where to focus) and you click the shutter it takes a good clear photo and then the photo gets blurred, i had to take tens of photos and all of them got blurred on the preview, no option to upload clear scans of your IDI've had to change my review to 1 star.

2. I do look forward to wirex adding more coins/tokens like the Flare coin (FLR) to their wallet fingers crossed.Beware: If you hold your crypto on their platform and don't transact for more than 18 months (as their terms & conditions say), you get a "storage fee" that is 0.003 BTC / DAY(!!).

3. Last issue (pending refund) is still pending and cost me some money.When I sign up for wirex card there was no storage fee, this organisation unilaterally inserted storage fee into the T&C by stealth where it is difficult to find retrospectively.

I love the conversion feature, the real time prices feature, multiple fiat currencies and crypto, Long term locking and interest growth feature, great customer service could get better, there's just so much pro's then cons another is the reward system every time you use the card in stores or on line.

5. Congratulations, Wirex, I'll never recommend you to anyoneDon't install this app, they will block your account suddenly and ask for verifications and stuff and you'll lose any access to your funds.

6. Now I've logged into my account and all my crypto that I had brought and my WTX from using my wirex card have vanished.

1. Fix Wirex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wirex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wirex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wirex" » Open Wirex: All-In-One Crypto App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wirex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wirex: All-In-One Crypto App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wirex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wirex: All-In-One Crypto App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wirex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wirex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wirex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wirex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wirex not working

2. Fix Wirex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wirex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wirex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wirex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
