1. Since I don't own one, I have to drive 10 miles into town, just to go to a library to check my account on a desktop!All I wanted when I downloaded the app was to be able to register my card for online transactions.

2. So then I went to the website to enter in the card info and it worked fine the first time.

7. They decline transactions when trying to withdraw money but then charge you .25 for the declined transaction, even when trying to withdraw significantly less than your balance.

8. A list of transaction with minimal details, and a "current balance".The app is not properly formatted, the numbers are overlapping each other, making it unreadable.

9. I set up an account on the website, then turned around and immediately entered in my login information into the app and it told me my login information was incorrect.

10. It eventually fixes itself, but it would be embarrassing if my card was declined at the store even though I know how much money I should have.

11. When you look up their help website it's split into links on Google, and you can't just log in and register your card.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyPaymentVault Issues

1. Fix MyPaymentVault Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyPaymentVault: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyPaymentVault App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyPaymentVault" » Open MyPaymentVault » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyPaymentVault » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyPaymentVault app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyPaymentVault servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyPaymentVault" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyPaymentVault app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyPaymentVault might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyPaymentVault. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyPaymentVault then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyPaymentVault not working


2. Fix MyPaymentVault Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyPaymentVault be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyPaymentVault not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyPaymentVault may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
