1. Overall a poor experience with the app, thankfully the food being great is a silver lining.Whenever I get notifications from the app, a message shows up on my phone saying "something went wrong with the app that caused it to crash".

2. Thank you and I will be back a millionIt's really stupid to have customers waste so much time creating an account in the app and placing an order through it when calling and placing an order or ordering in person is much faster.

3. This new system is average at best; I definitely won't be ordering from here as often as I did before.Food is great just an unhealthy choice because of the oil they cook with, they could just air fry, then it would be a healthier choice when choosing to eat out.

4. It has pictures and stuff but the app and the actual prices of the store differ and aren't accurate with the menu in store.

5. food is ready within 20 mins of ordering and it's so hot and good when open the bag is steaming.

6. There is also now no longer an option to pay in the store or use gift cards while ordering from the app.

10. I really hate how the app tries to automatically add a tip that needs to go away.I was cool with this app until they decided to make tipping almost a mandatory thing automatically putting you at a 20% tip it's kind of BS.

1. Fix Wings Over Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wings Over: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wings Over App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wings Over" » Open Wings Over » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wings Over » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wings Over app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wings Over servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wings Over" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wings Over app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wings Over might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wings Over. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wings Over then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wings Over not working

2. Fix Wings Over Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wings Over be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wings Over not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wings Over may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
