1. Why should I have to tip someone I had no contact with until I pick up my food? It puts unnecessary pressure on the customer, to think that if I don't leave a tip now while placing my order from a remote location, I won't get the same quality food or they may tamper with my order.. I'm a generous tipper and I will tip only through person to person contact.

2. As soon as I changed system language to English, the location showed up and I was able to order...App is easy to use, intuitive and allows you to quickly and easily order what you want .

3. You don't have to wait trying to log onto a computer.Fix the location algorithm! I usually have a great experience through the app and used to only be able to actually complete my order through the app vs.

4. It would be nice to be able to order each flavor in specific amounts so that it doesn't have to be in equal amounts of each flavor.

5. My order was then marked as delivered even though the delivery person was still at the restaurant.

6. You are able to order ahead so you don't forget or you could order for immediate pick up in about 25 minutes.

7. If there is a change, it is good business practice to mention the change at the time the order is placed.

8. I gave it a 4 stars because I have wanted to order a side of their buffalo sauce (or any other spice/sauce/rub) and there's no way to do that.

9. On my most recent order, the app automatically selected a restaurant across state lines.

10. My device was in Russian and I was across the street from the location I was ordering from and no matter how I tried to type in the address the location would not show up, despite typing in English.

11. For instance if you order 24 wings in 3 flavors it is split into 8 only if each flavor.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wingstop Issues

1. Fix Wingstop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wingstop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wingstop App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wingstop" » Open Wingstop » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wingstop » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wingstop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wingstop servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wingstop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wingstop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wingstop might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wingstop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wingstop then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wingstop not working


2. Fix Wingstop Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wingstop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wingstop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wingstop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello I will like for my wing stop account to be deleted.

Recently tried to use the Wingstop App & had a MAJOR issue ordering! When "checking out"/paying for the order; received an error stating "Payment Unsuccessful"... Tried again with same error, then tried two other cards and ALL were unsuccessful. Necessary to call in the order! However, each card was charged for every ATTEMPT! Bottom line; I was charged 4x for a single order - NOT COOL!
