1. The UI is pretty basic, rigid style, not a lot of options or info so it's simple enough to navigate.This app was helpful in the beginning its horrible now! It never opens it stays on the logo I've Uninstalled and reinstalled it 10 times! They charge you to set your date with a person but they charge when you go through the app the past 3 months I've had to go through a person and I have mentioned the problem each time and it's still not fixed.

8. I can click on the sign in boxes until I'm blue in the face and nothing will happen unless I hit "sign in" so it can tell me my credentials are invalid after not letting me enter my credentials in the first place.

9. Would rather not have the pending transaction sitting on my account on top of however many days pass the date it actually goes through, complete.

10. Only "issue" I've ran into is when attempting login it'll automatically prompt for fingerprint, but it won't work and I have to do it a second time through the login screen.
